Major projects completed in 2024
TREE PLANTING CAMPAIGN
To make the environment pleasant and clean, the Patient Welfare Society, in collaboration with the hospital administration, also actively participated in the tree planting campaign and hundreds of trees were planted at various locations in the hospital.
DONATION OF ULTRA SOUND MACHINE
Patient Welfare Society donated one modern Japanese technology ultrasound machine and two modern linear and TVS probes to the Gynecology Ward of Allied Hospital Faisalabad. The modern machinery purchased at a cost of Rs. 2 million was handed over to the hospital administration on January 25, 2024. On this occasion, Vice Chancellor Prof. Zafar Ali Chaudhry, Medical Superintendent of Allied Hospital, Dr. Muhammad Faheem Yousuf, President Patient Welfare Society Dr. Jaffar Hassan Mubarak, Head of Gynecology Ward Dr. Tasneem Tahira, Dr. Khalid Mahmood Incharge Services Department, Asad Sarfraz Medical Social Officer and other members of Patient Welfare Society were also present. At the end of the ceremony, a briefing was given on the services of the Patient Welfare Society for the year 2023. On which, Vice Chancellor Professor Zafar Ali Chaudhry and Medical Superintendent of the hospital Dr. Faheem Yousaf praised the performance of the society and all the donors.
INSTALLATION OF LINE DIVIDERS
Patient Welfare Society donated 25 line dividers for the newly built OPD department of Allied Hospital Faisalabad. The equipment purchased at a cost of Rs. 100,000 was handed over to the hospital administration on February 3, 2024
DONATION OF CTG MACHINE
Patient Welfare Society donated one Japanese technology CTG machine to the Gynecology Ward of Allied Hospital Faisalabad. The machine, purchased at a cost of Rs. 900,000, was handed over to the hospital administration on March 20, 2024. On this occasion, the Medical Superintendent of the hospital, Dr. Faheem Yousaf, Vice President Patient Welfare Society Rana Zia Ahmed Khan, Dr. Sadia Saleem, Dr. Saleem AMS Services and other members specially participated. At the end of the ceremony, MS Sahib appreciated the efforts of the society and all the philanthropists.
INSTALLATION OF TWO NEW DIALYSIS MACHINES
Donation of a modern technology dialysis machines for the dialysis ward of Allied Hospital Faisalabad by the Patient Welfare Society. The machines, purchased at a hefty amount of about Rs. 4 million rupees, and were handed over to the hospital administration on May 25, 2024. On this occasion, the Medical Superintendent of the hospital Dr. Faheem Yousaf, President Patient Welfare Society Dr. Jaffar Hassan Mubarak, Dr. Saleem Haral, Dr. Naveed, Rana Zia Ahmed Khan, Mr. Hassan Malik, Qasim Abbas, Waseem Hussain, Rana Muhammad Munir, Abdul Rehman Butt, Asif Iqbal and other members specially participated. At the end of the ceremony, MS Sahib highly appreciated the efforts of the society and all the philanthropists and paid tribute to all the members of the society. On this occasion, a wheel chair was also donated to a disabled and deserving patient on the special instructions of the Minister of Health.
WATER COOLERS INSTALLATION
Patient Welfare Society Allied Hospital has installed 10 new and modern water coolers in different departments of Allied Hospital. With the help of these coolers, clean and cold water will be provided 24 hours a day to every patient and their relatives visiting the hospital.
CABINET AIR CONDITIONERS
Patient Welfare Society Allied Hospital has installed 3 new and modern 4-ton cabinet air conditioners in the surgical emergency of Allied Hospital. With their help, a calm and cool environment will be provided 24 hours a day to every patient and their relatives coming to the emergency ward.
COLOUR DOPPLER ULTRA SOUND PROBE
Patient Welfare Society Allied Hospital donated a new color Doppler ultrasound probe. The installation of this probe will reduce the difficulties faced by patients coming to the hospital. On this occasion, MS Allied Hospital Dr. Muhammad Fahim Yousaf specially paid tribute to the President of the Society Dr. Jaffar Hassan Mubarak.
DONATION OF ONE NEPHROSCOPE
On December 20, 2024, handing over ceremony was held in which the Welfare Society donated one nephroscope machines for the Urology Ward of Allied Hospital and 266 blankets for different wards of the hospital. Both projects were completed with a huge amount of Rs. 1.5 Million rupees. Professor. Dr. Zafar Ali Chaudhry Vice Chancellor Faisalabad Medical University was the chief guest of the event, along with Honorable Dr. Muhammad Fahim Yousaf Medical Superintendent Allied Hospital Faisalabad. There were other participants as well including Dr. Jaffar Hassan Mubarak president patient Welfare Society, Prof. Dr. Tahir Bashir Malik Head of department urology, and other members of the society were also attend the event.The performance of the patient welfare society over the past years was highly appreciated by the hospital management. The hospital Administration and the members of the society plan to work together in the future as well.
